3. Payments
We accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, and invoices. For commissioned products, a 25% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

4. Shipping
Shipping is usually free; however, additional shipping charges may apply if your address is in a remote area. We ship worldwide via DHL. Shipping costs and times will vary based on location and product size. Once shipped, delivery times are subject to the carrier’s schedule, and tracking information will be provided.

5. Refunds and Returns
Refunds are only offered if a product is defective due to a fault on our end. For all other cases, sales are final. If a defect is found, contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at knivesbydavid7@gmail.com.
